Overnight Summer Camp

Set on 450 bucolic acres in Troy, VA—just outside Charlottesville—Oakland School’s dedicated Boarding Summer Camp Program offers a five-week experience that blends enriching academic instruction with the fun, independence, and community of a traditional overnight camp.

Serving students ages 6–17, with both day and residential options, Oakland is designed for learners who benefit from targeted reading support or who have learning differences such as dyslexia and ADHD. Our academically focused program helps students strengthen core skills, build confidence, and return to school ready to succeed.
